Otago Polytechnic - Glass Casting Night Class - 14th Oct 2015 to 18th Nov 2015

Di Tocker will be running a 6 week night class at the Otago School of Art.

Discover the art of lost wax glass casting with full-time glass artist Di Tocker. She will guide you through wax carving, the mold making process, kiln loading and firing and finishing techniques to lead crystal glass. This course is suitable for beginners with no glass experience and more advanced glass workers with some experience. Take away plenty of written notes with the 'tips and tricks' of Glass Casting. And of course...your very own cast glass object.
