Payment for Di Tocker Glass Art

All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Payment can be made by Internet banking* or credit card via DPS** or PayPal**.

*For speedier processing of orders paid by Internet banking please email proof of payment to di@ditocker.nz

Returns and Refunds of Di Tocker Glass Art

We take care to post and pack your cast glass artwork very carefully, ensuring safe delivery to your door.

Guarantee

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Di Tocker, you can return the product for a full refund*.

Contact us

Within 7 days of delivery to discuss any issues that require a replacement of goods or a refund.

Returns

Goods may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, an exchange on another item or a store credit. You must make contact with Di Tocker within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, so please retain your receipt.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If a product is damaged in transit, or found to be faulty, we will replace it with the same or similar item. Email us a photo of the damaged goods and contact us within 7 days to discuss a replacement.

*Return postage on non-damaged or non-faulty items will be paid by the customer.

Delivery times

Your order will be delivered direct to your door within New Zealand by courier* - allow 2-3 days for orders being delivered within the North Island and 3-5 for the South Island.

*NB: Items being sent to rural delivery addresses, will be delivered by your local rural delivery service, therefore please allow up to two additional days.

We aim to dispatch all orders Monday – Friday within 24 hours of you placing your online order. For urgent deliveries, please contact us by phone to discuss your request.

Minimum freight charge

  • $12 North Island
  • $17 South Island

NB: There is no extra cost for Rural Delivery. We are happy to ship goods overseas, please contact us via email to discuss international freight costs. International customers can pay using PayPal.
